Common questions about our copper alloy products, services, and ordering process.

01
What are your main copper alloy products?
We specialize in high-performance copper alloys, including Beryllium Copper (C17200, C17300, C17500, C17510), Chromium Zirconium Copper (C18150), and custom forging/casting copper components.
02
What makes your beryllium copper products superior?
With over 25 years of expertise, we utilize advanced vacuum melting furnaces to ensure ultra-pure material composition, zero porosity, high density, and exceptional conductivity/hardness.
03
Do you support custom dimensions and heat treatment?
Yes. We offer fully customized solutions, including special billet diameters, custom dimensions, and specific heat treatment hardness (such as HRC 38-42) based on your technical drawings.
04
Can you manufacture large-size round billets or forgings?
Absolutely. Equipped with heavy-duty forging presses and casting lines, we can supply large-size billets weighing up to 2,000 kg per piece or higher upon request.
05
How do you ensure product quality before shipment?
100% of our products undergo strict quality control, including full-spectrum chemical analysis and hardness testing. A certified Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is provided with every shipment.
06
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is usually 100 kg for regular specifications. For specialized trial orders or custom sample runs, we can offer flexible support based on project requirements.
07
What is your typical production lead time?
