C17200 Beryllium Copper Round Bar 25mm C17200, also known as Alloy 25 or CuBe2, is composed of 1.80-2.00% Beryllium, minimum 0.20% cobalt and nickel, with the remainder being copper. This specific chemical causes a precipitation hardening process on ageing so that the somewhat soft annealed bar is converted to a high strength engineering piece.
